    PURCHASES

    All orders placed through our website are processed securely via PayPal. Information on secure transactions using PayPal can be found here.

    SHIPPING

    Postage within Australia usually takes 3 to 7 days to arrive.

    Please be advised, that shipping to other countries is not available yet, and we are working to offer this in the future.

    Once an item has been sent, we cannot control the shipping process and are not responsible or liable for any shipping delays.

    REFUNDS & RETURNS

    Here at Survivor, we stand by the quality of our product and our suppliers. Your satisfaction is important to us.

    While we do everything we can to make each piece as durable as possible, they are made using a range of materials which may be susceptible to damage from impact, scratching, chemicals, saltwater and other outside forces. Through proper care and preventative actions, you can maintain the look and feel of your items for years to come.

    If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival or your order, we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. However, we do not provide refunds if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you are returning products valued over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and further details about your return.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.

    GRATITUDE

    We occasionally offer gifts, discounts or words of gratitude for customers that share positive feedback and / or photos online via  Instagram or Facebook.

    Unless otherwise specified, these are acts of gratitude are chosen at random based on the impact or effort of the action. In a world full of options, we truly appreciate everyone that chooses and supports Survivor. We like to express that as often as possible but unable to do that for each customer, every time, while putting as much love and care into creating unique pieces especially for you!
